The following
list of releases are only British, different formats were released in other
parts of the world e.g the 1st 'The End' release 'Destiny' was released on
a CD single but only in Australia and Japan, and that was without the hole
in the sleeve. 'Gusto' was released in Germany with the' Hip.ee.pee' tracks
tagged on. These are the only variations known if there are any others that
you know of please let us know. The 'Lost, found and Underground' CD features
'The End' live favorite 'Sick' and the mad cut-up track 'Whatever happened
to Mr. Magoo'. In the early days of collecting vinyl and DJing , Rook got
into the strange inscriptions around the run out groove of the record and
so when he found himself in the pressing plant when 'Gusto' was in production
he couldn't resist the opportunity to scratch a couple of profound inscriptions
of his own .

'The
End' releases are possibly available through the Expression
Records website if not , I'm afraid it's a matter of digging them out
within the murky depths of the internet. Although we have got a few 'Destiny'
12"s and some 'Hip.ee.pee's available. If anyone who bought the 'Destiny'
7" and found out that when they got home and played it, the songs sounded
like some dodgy English country and western band, well if you'd like to
contact us we will gladly swap it for the real thing. We send out a big
sorry about that strange mix up even though it did give us a good old laugh
when we found out about it on a German tour where we were selling the 7"
as the rare 1st single. The 'Lunaseed' Evolution Superhighway CD is only
just still available through omrecords.co.uk as is the very restricted run
of the 'Rook' bootleg retrospective CD 'Lost, found and underground'. In
the process of being recorded and constructed is the not to be missed CD
of new 'Rook' songs with the working title of 'Lifejackets', soon to be
available through this website.
